We’re excited to share that Hale has officially acquired QuickCoach, a coaching platform trusted by more than 41,000 fitness professionals worldwide.
This acquisition represents an important step in Hale’s mission to create personalised health and fitness experiences accessible to everyone. QuickCoach has earned a reputation for its simplicity, clarity, and coach-first design, and we’re honoured to carry its legacy forward.
Why QuickCoach?
QuickCoach has always stood out for its focus on helping coaches deliver effective programs without unnecessary complexity. Its clean workflow and intuitive tools have resonated with coaches around the world, from those new to the industry to seasoned professionals.
These values align strongly with Hale’s philosophy.
When we founded Hale, we set out to build an ecosystem of products that empower health and fitness professionals to deliver personalised experiences at scale. We started that journey with FitFocus, which helps coaches streamline their workflow and deepen the personalisation they provide.
QuickCoach is a natural and exciting addition to that ecosystem.
What this means for QuickCoach Users
First and foremost: QuickCoach is not going anywhere. The platform will continue operating as it does today.
Our immediate focus is stability and continuity while we begin investing heavily in:
- Stronger platform infrastructure
- Enhanced performance and speed
- Improved security foundations
- Smoother onboarding and daily workflows
- Thoughtful, coach-led product improvements
We will be clear and transparent throughout the transition, and we will involve the community at key stages of the product’s evolution.
What this means for FitFocus
QuickCoach strengthens what we’ve been building with FitFocus, allowing us to support coaches at every stage of their business. While QuickCoach remains a standalone product, both platforms will benefit from shared insights, infrastructure, and long-term strategy.
Together, they move us closer to Hale’s vision of a connected ecosystem designed to elevate coaching and personalised health experiences across the entire industry.
Looking ahead
We will be approaching the transition in phases:
1. Continuity and stability: ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted experience for existing users.
2. Infrastructure and security upgrades: modernising core systems to support future growth.
3. Product evolution: enhancing features, deepening analytics, and building a roadmap shaped by the needs of the coaching community.
Throughout this journey, we will keep the community informed and involved through regular updates and Q&A sessions.
